Recipe #43.

                                                                     Whole Chicken

1 Whole Chicken.
1 Onion; peeled and cut into Wedges.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
2-3 Stalks of Celery; cut into chunky pieces/
Seasoned salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Olive Oil.

Rub the inside and outside of the Chicken with the Olive Oil.
Season it well on the inside and outside.
Season the Vegetables including the Onions and Garlic.
Place the Chicken in the Crock-Pot.
Place the Vegetables inside and around the Chicken.
Pour about 1 Cup of Water in the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on High for 6-8 hours.
